We understand the importance you place on the privacy of the information and materials you share with Filmadoo.
This Privacy Policy outlines how Filmadoo uses your personal information, your personal materials such as videotapes, DVD discs and photographs provided by you to Filmadoo, and the personal content contained within your materials.

By using our service, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We do not use your personal information, materials or content for any purpose other than to serve you effectively as a customer. We do not sell or rent any of your personal information, materials, or content to third parties.

Password Protection

We will take steps to protect any information, materials or content you send to us from unwanted online access, including by limiting access to users with your unique login and password. We strongly advise you not to share your unique login or password with others.
Access to Your Information, Materials, and Content
We will take steps to secure your information, content and materials and to limit access only to you and your designated recipients.
In order to serve you best, some Pictureal employees may need to view the videotape, photographs and other materials you send to us.

These materials are kept in a secure location while we process them, accessible only to Pictureal employees directly associated with the fulfillment of your order.

Internet Security

We have put in place top Internet security technology to protect the personal information and content that you have shared with us from unwanted access, destruction, modification or distribution.
We have also instituted rigorous managerial and technical processes to best ensure that your personal information and content is secure.

The only instance in which we may link an IP address to your user name is in the payment process, where we may gather an IP address to help prevent credit card fraud. In the event of an investigation into fraudulent credit card use, we may share this IP address information with the financial institution that issued the card and/or law enforcement authorities.

Information You Provide

When you order our service, we ask that you provide your name, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card information. We also may ask you to answer additional optional questions designed to help us serve you better.

What We Do with Your Information

We use your personal information only to fulfill your order. We do not sell or rent your information. Any voluntary information you provide will be used only to serve your personal needs as a customer more effectively. Your information may be shared with third-party service providers, but only to facilitate the fulfillment of your order.
For example, your information may be shared with a financial institution to effectuate payment or with a shipping service provider to allow for delivery of your order.

These third-party service providers are required by us to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

The only time we will share your information beyond the direct requirements of the order-fulfillment process is in response to a verified law-enforcement request relating to alleged illegal activity.

Sharing Your Materials and Content
Similarly, we will not share with third parties your personal videotape, DVD and other discs, photos or any other materials you send us, or the personal content they contain, except in response to a verified law-enforcement request relating to alleged illegal activity.
Sharing Content Using our Website
You will be able to share your content with friends and family over e-mail and the Internet using our website.
To share content, you will be asked to provide the recipient's e-mail address. We will use this e-mail address only to share the designated content. It will not be sold, rented or shared, in accordance with this privacy policy.

The recipient will receive an e-mail and will be asked to create a Filmadoo login and password to access the shared content.

We caution you that when you share your content with a designated recipient, that person may be able to further share that content with other people without your consent.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

Filmadoo reserves the right to make material changes to this Privacy Policy. All such changes shall automatically be effective thirty (30) days after they are initially posted on this page. When any changes are made, you will see the word "Updated" next to the "Privacy Policy" link on the bottom of the first significant page after entering our web site. The word "Updated" will remain for thirty (30) days after any such changes are made. Pictureal encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to remain informed about how we are protecting your information. You may check the final paragraph of this Policy to find out when it was last updated.
