What format of source video do you take?
Video sources can be Video8, Digital8, MiniDV, VHS, VHS-C or Film.
How long does it take to process my order?
For most orders, it takes 7 business days from the time
we receive your tapes to complete your order.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover for on-line and phone orders. We will also accept checks.
Can you transfer video tapes from PAL - DVD?
Yes, PAL can be edited and transfered.
Do you produce DVD's that play in Europe and other countries?
Yes
Can I make copies of the final DVD's ?
No, our work is protected by copyright but we do offer a low cost duplication service.
How do I send you the images to use on the DVD and DVD cover?
If they are printed images please include them with the tapes, if they are digital images they can be emailed. (please email at the full resolution)
Do tapes deteriorate over time?
Yes, time, humidity, temperature and moisture all have a deteriorating effect on tapes. It is best to keep them in a sealed case with silicone gel to absorb any moisture.
